I asked Hope79 for swap when I found out that she has this card, because it's funny to receive a card with the president, sorry, prime minister of your country :) This card is dedicated to Vladimir Putin's visit to Tobolsk in 2003. Nadya says that people in Tobolsk still remember that visit and almost celebrate anniversaries of it :)
